Let's help Nepal
Nepal, located between India and China, has a population of 29 million with an average salary of 700 euros per year per person. Only 20% of the land is suitable for cultivation. Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world. For several years, France Himalaya Tiers-monde has been providing assistance to this population that needs it.
In 2024, France Himalaya Tiers-monde was approached by Namgyal, our correspondent in Nepal, who alerted us to the worsening situation of precariousness of the population. So we organized food and drink distributions in Kathmandu. The association will go there this summer to provide additional aid.
